Accounts, sales and data

The tabs an app gets: the people who sign in, what it sells, the data it keeps.

These tabs show once your AI added the part to the site.

Accounts

The people who sign in to the site (not to Leaf): their address, how they signed in, their role. Sign-in comes ready: password, a link by mail, Google, a second step, password resets. You choose the sign-in page's logo, colour and texts; mails can leave from your own address.

Previews have their own test users, so trying the app never touches real accounts.

Sales

What the site sells (one-off payments, subscriptions, per seat) and what people bought. Payments go to your organisation's own Stripe account, connected by an owner or an admin in the organisation's Settings, Payment accounts; Stripe pays you out, and refunds are made there. Leaf takes a small share of each sale depending on your licence. Promo codes are here too. Previews take test payments.

Data

The site's database, shown as tables you can read. Online data and preview data are kept apart: your AI works on the preview's, never on real visitors'.

Scheduled and background tasks

A site can run a task every hour or every morning (a reminder, a report, a sync), and finish work after answering a visitor. The site's Settings show each scheduled task with its last runs.

AI in the app

An app can call an AI model (to write, sum up, classify). It is billed to your usage at Leaf's prices, with no key to manage.
