Usage is what your sites cost to run, at Leaf's prices: visits and files served, server code, builds, storage, databases, AI in apps, web pages read, videos, and the assistant. Billing, Usage shows it site by site and item by item.

Included, then credits
Each licence includes some usage every month. Past it, usage is drawn from credits, bought ahead in Billing (from €10.00, valid 12 months). Nothing is charged by surprise.
When credits run out
The organisation's sites stay online for 30 days, with server code, builds and AI stopped. Then they pause until credits come back or the month restarts. Adding credits resumes everything at once.
Invoices
Invoices are in Billing. A Company licence gets invoices with its VAT number.
