Forms

What visitors send through a site lands in its inbox: read it, mark it handled, export it.

Contact forms, applications, sign-ups to a waitlist: what visitors send arrives in the site's Forms tab.

The inbox

  • A reply is new until someone opens it, then you can mark it handled.
  • Files sent with a reply (a CV, a photo) open from the reply.
  • Export gives the replies as a CSV file for a spreadsheet.
  • Replies are kept as long as the form says, then deleted.

Being told

Each form names who gets a mail when a reply arrives. To change it, or the form's fields:

Tell your AI

On my site, send the contact form's replies to sales@example.com too, and add a phone field.

Sending replies to your tools

A form can also pass what it receives to your CRM or recruiting tool. Someone types the tool's key in the site's Settings, Secrets; your AI writes the rest.

Tell your AI

On my careers site, send each application to our recruiting tool as well. I will add its key in the settings.

Visitors' forms are checked against robots (Cloudflare's check) before they reach you.
